  • Mobile Shredding

We come to you. You watch us shred your documents. Mobile shredding offers the ultimate in security as you are able to witness the shredding of your paper files in your parking lot or driveway today, tomorrow or according to your recurring service schedule. Outsourcing your paper shredding is far more convenient than having to use your own time, or staff time, to shred it on-site with a shredding machine. Plus, with Veteran, there's no need to remove staples, paper clips and rubber bands. Mobile shredding is affordable, efficient, secure, and does not require any time or labor investment on your part. Our mobile shredding trucks will travel to your location on a scheduled or one-time, as-needed basis so you can witness the shredding of your confidential documents without leaving your premises. We will provide you with locked containers at your facilities in advance for recurring service or bring them with us for one-time purges. Our Veteran staff will remove boxes without you lifting a finger or roll containers directly from your office to our mobile shredding truck. Watch us shred the contents if you like! Since our trucks use industrial-strength shredders, we can shred your documents in a matter of minutes. Upon completion of your shredding project, you will be issued a Certificate of Destruction documenting the destruction of your information. Our mobile shredding services provide your business with a NAID AAA Certified, compliant, professional shredding solution that maintains the confidentiality and security of your information to protect you, your company, and just as importantly your clients, customers and patients. • Hard Drive Shredding & Media Destruction Services

Erasing your hard drive won't keep your data safe. Digital media has become a common target for identity theft and accidental data breaches are on the rise as people carry more and more data in their laptops, tablets and other devices. Just deleting, erasing or wiping your data is not enough to protect you from a data breach, and it's not compliant with the law, either. Regulatory laws such as HIPAA, FACTA and GLB mandate that confidential information, no matter the format, must be reasonably protected, and Veteran's affordable hard drive destruction service is the perfect solution. Our media destruction services minimize the risk of your digital information falling into the wrong hands. Our staff maintains a strict chain of custody during the destruction process to assure the security of your digital information. Once the destruction process has been completed, you are provided with a Certificate of Destruction documenting your compliance. We provide secure destruction for both magnetic media (hard drives) and optical media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs). Veteran Shredding is based in Burnsville and serves the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul and the surrounding areas, including Scott and Dakota counties.

  • Scheduled Shredding Services

If you need protection and compliance on a regular schedule, Veteran Shredding is here for you. Are you are in charge of an office that uses copy paper like it's going out of style? Is there confidential data scattered throughout the building while you're struggling to comply with state, federal and industry regulations? If it's your responsibility to protect your clients', customers', or patients' best interests, we can help. Whatever your needs, Veteran Shredding offers these shredding schedule options: -Weekly: 52 shredding appointments per year -Bi-Weekly: 24 shredding appointments per year -True Monthly*: 12 shredding appointments per year -Bi-Monthly: 6 shredding appointments per year -Quarterly: 4 shredding appointments per year -Custom: As requested by customer Any shredding company can claim to show up when agreed, with trained drivers who know your office and promise to work quietly so they don't disturb your staff—but too many fail to perform as promised. You don't have time for that. To find out what it's really like to be a Veteran Shredding customer, read our Reviews. We live up to our promises, period. We are proud to be an Angie's List Super Service Award Winner since 2011. *Other shredding companies will bill you on a four-week basis, rather than the monthly billing you expected, so you end up being charged for 13 services a year instead of 12. At Veteran, there are no hidden charges, and we're up front and true to the prices we quote. More about Scheduled, Recurring Shredding Service Because feeding sensitive documents through office shredders takes so long and causes a mess, some employees may be tempted to simply toss documents in a wastebasket or recycling bin. Don't take that chance! Our scheduled shredding service makes it easy for everyone to dispose of office documents in a secure manner. Just drop them in the locked collection container and be on your way! With scheduled shredding, you can institute a "Shred Everything" policy that takes the decision process out of shredding. If it's paper, shred it! We provide shredding collection consoles and bins that come in two styles to fit your specific needs. We place these locked containers strategically throughout your building or office space to encourage shredding. Once documents are dropped inside, they cannot be retrieved. You choose a pickup schedule that works best for your organization, and we provide you with a Certificate of Destruction upon completion of the shredding process. Scheduled shredding services ensure that your confidential documents are destroyed in a timely and secure manner. Veteran Shredding is based in Burnsville and serves the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul and the surrounding areas, including Scott and Dakota counties.

Ditch the Personal Shredder and Avoid the Dumpster Divers Your personal and home office documents contain sensitive information that could lead to identity theft. You could destroy these documents with your personal shredding machine, but preparing and feeding a few individual pages at a time can prove to be a daunting and frustrating task. Your shredder may not even be up to it, as they tend to overheat and jam during large shredding projects. As a result, shredding old tax records and credit card statements may be a time-intensive proposition. Every month, a new data breach is in the news and people who just threw documents or hard drives away are often to blame. Thieves know how much identities are worth and where to find them. Protect yourself, your company, your customers, clients and patients. Simply throwing confidential information in the trash or recycling bin isn’t an option.
